Room for Rent - Center of Besiktas - Bills Included

I am Mehmet, studying at Istanbul Technical University. I live with my girlfriend Ozlem, who is graduated from Film and TV department, in a nice apartment on Nuzhetiye St, Besiktas. We have an extra room with all the furnitures needed.
The room will be available at 21th of January, but you can still come to see the place if you are interested. Bills like electricity, water, heating, and internet are included in price. The other expenses will be shared (bathroom and kitchen stuff). This is a regular shared apartment, so everyone is responsible for cleaning their own rooms and shared areas. There is a big shared living room, with a wide balcony, and both the living room and bedrooms are sunny. There are four cats living in the house, although they are mild cats, if you don't like cats, this post is not for you. The apartment is 5 min walking to Besiktas Center, where is a big center for public transportation to European and Asian side. It is also 3 min walking to Tesvikiye, where you can find cool cafes and stores. Neighbourhood is one of the safest places in Istanbul.
