room to sublet in december!

hello,
i am subletting my room beginning at the 1.december until the end of december.
i will be coming back around the 28th so you can also stay the rest of december in the guestroom.
there is also the option to take the room just for 2 or 3 weeks, then we can speak about the price.
the flat is located very close to asmali mescit and istiklal caddesi. actually quite
close to everything ( taksim, galata, golden horn, sisli + levent because of close metro station sishane)
it is in the top floor of an old historical building. the flat is quite big with a big livingroom for everyone.
and you will have the great pleasure of an balcony with a wonderful view over golden horn (pics attached)
the flatmates (1 american guy + 1 french girl) which are both non smoker are very kind and comfortable.
the whole will cost you 500lira all bills included. (we have washing machine, internet, ironing tools, etc.)
