Bogazici students looking for a house-a room

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a flatmate who can move in in the second part of November and stay until January or February. But I also think that these dates can be discussed over because there is no need to be too strict about them.
The location is Beşiktaş. 10-15 minutes on foot from the center of the neighbourhood. It is also 5 minutes on foot to the Teşvikiye Mosque where you can take minibusses to Taksim or walk to the subway in 15 minutes.
The house is furnished, has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a spacious enough rear balcony, one bathroom and one small toilet. There is a large fridge, an owen, a microwave owen, dishwasher and a washing machine. and also phone and ADSL. It is heated by a central system.
The room I am planning to rent is the small one. I think it must be around 10-12 squaremeters.
I expect my flatmate to pay a rent of 400 Turkish Lira monthly excluding the other costs. (electricity, water, adsl, heating when it is on)
I am 28 years old and a cultural studies MA student. Currently I am writing my thesis on contemporary science-fiction cinema. I want my house to be clean, tidy and peaceful. I don't smoke but it won't be a problem for me unless you are a heavy smoker. I can also speak middle level German.
