beatiful flat in Gumussuyu Taksim

I LIKE TO SHARE MY FLAT with someone nice and easy going,....
Flat is in Gümüssuyu/taksim. (behind the marmara hotel). 1 minutes to taksim.
It is very charming and clean flat. it has 2 bedrooms and a living room with a nice bathroom, kitchen, balcony with many flowers... very suny and peaceful flat(80 m2).
I have one dog, Irish setter. she is so lovely.. never barks and very easy going..so I would be nice if you like dogs.
I have everything you need in the flat; It is fully furnished..cooking facilities, washing (diswasher, washing machine, owen etc.) just bring your suitcases.:-)
I also have wireless internet connection which you could use for free.
Rent will be a monthly or 900 lira (bills are all included, heating, water,electric,internet, appartment fee etc). No deposite required.
I shared my flat with 4 different flatmate (one swedish, 3 spanish) in 4 years. all of them stayed a year with me and we had really good time. I currently have a flatmate around a year but she is leaving to spain in Mid. December 2009. So the room will be available in December.
